• All sales are C.O.D. unless credit arrangements have been made in advance.

• A Tax Exemption form must be on file prior to an order to receive this status.
  All on-line orders will reflect applicable sales tax but the tax will be removed from the order when processed.

• Normal credit terms are 2/15-NET 30.

• Service Charges of 1.5% per month, (18% per year) will be added to all past due accounts.

• Special orders require 30% down payment due at time of ordering.
